Castelli for Haworth

Like Haworth's "design from within" philosophy born here in the states,our European counterparts held the same values. These partners shared a view of design — "from the inside out" — with the Haworth family, a commitment to true organic principles. It was in their roots. Yet nowhere were the twin values of “design from within” more apparent than in Italy, in Centro Studi Castelli. The Castelli family had invested in designs with inherent strengths, developed in its own design studios. Giancarlo Piretti, designer of the iconic Plia™ chair, was a long time employee of the company’s own design studio.

Brazo
