The sdoi Accurate Budgeting Guide

At sdoi, we use an advanced design and budgeting tool that allows our clients to develop a highly accurate budget and schedule early in the design and planning process. We are able to achieve an accurate budget and schedule by using a pre-configured interior design plan, whether it is level 1 or level 4.

Level 3 is for customers seeking notable design conducive to the functions and operations of their working environments. Practical layouts with concentration on architectural details and construction with mid - upper furnishing selections.

Lobby


  • Insulation in lobby & conference room walls
  • 2' to 4' Armstrong Cortega suspended ceiling system with tegular edge
  • 26 to 30 oz. Broadloom carpet direct glue, no pad

Conference Room


  • Walls finished with two color painted wall finishes
  • Timely knockdown door frames
  • Standard 2x2 HVAC grills

Lunchroom


  • Sheet vinyl floors in cafeteria
  • Solid core paint or stained low to medium grade veneer doors
